A. Pricing is dependent on a number of factors including:

  • Whether it is a standard puzzle or requires customisation;
  • Bulk orders;
  • Whether print ready artwork is required.

Q. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

A. No

Q. Can you produce custom made puzzles for my publication?

A. Absolutely! Lovatts are specialists in the field of custom puzzle design. Our dedicated team of compilers can create specially designed puzzles to suit your particular requirements.

Q. What are your payment methods?

A. Payment methods include most credit cards, cheque or direct deposit.

Q. What types of file formats can you produce?

A. We can create files compatible with most applications including Illustrator EPS, Photoshop, and Acrobat PDF.

Q. How are my puzzles delivered?

A. Email, FTP (internet download), or disc

A. Lovatts Publications own all copyrights to syndicated content and it remains the property of Lovatts Publications.

Q. Can I publish the same puzzle more than once?

A. Puzzles are sold on a once only use basis (unless otherwise specified by us). If you wish to duplicate any material provided by Lovatts Publications, please contact us for express written consent.

Q. Can you produce puzzles of varying difficulty levels?

A. Yes, depending on the puzzle type, in most instances Lovatts Publications can provide a puzzle for a reader of any skill level.

Q. Can you supply finished artwork?

A. Lovatts Publications have a team of experienced artists who can supply print ready artwork to your specifications on request.

Q. How long will it take to receive my puzzles once I’ve ordered?

A. This depends on the time taken to produce the content. If we are preparing customised work or a large batch of puzzles, this will naturally take longer to produce than a standard puzzle.
